Diet for night shift
I'm working in night shift. Can please suggest me diet. I m losing my weight, Usually I slept around 5am in morning.

HELLO, AFTER NIGHT SHIFT WHEN YOU COME TO HOME AFTER FRESHEN UP TAKE HEAVY PROTEIN DIET, WITH PROTEIN SACK OR ANY OTHER. LIKE WISE MANAGE BEFORE GOING OUT TO JOB LIKE CHICKEN AND  ANYTHING AS I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING. NON VEG. NON CARBOHYDRATES DIET IS MUST. O.K BYE.
