Not getting sleep at night
Hi, I am Rebecca, 26yrs old. I used to work in the night shift now my timings have been changed to morning shift I'm facing difficulty in sleeping at night time. Not able to sleep at night and feeling sleepy during the day at work. Can you please help me with any solution or natural remedies to get proper sleep at night!!

Hello,your symptoms tell that your circadian rhythm is disturbed profoundly.....T.melatonin can be tried as it helps to restore the circadian rhythm....Try to have dinner earlier...and avoid drinking coffee after lunch.....

Ma'am Most of us have our body's circadian rhythm disturbed due to various reasons ( night shifts in your case ) along with not having very nourishing diets. Please get thoroughly evaluated.

You will adjust to the new schedule,over a period of a few days.Use chamomile tea with honey 2 hours before you go to bed.Its a very good sleep remedy.Try brisk walking for 30 minutes as well.

It will cause problem in starting. But it will be adjusted with time.  Dnt sleep in morning and try to sleep early night.
