Unable to sleep at night
I am unable to get sleep at night and no matter a tiring day i feel fresh and unable to sleep almost the entire night

Maintain sleep hygiene..no midnoon siesta/nap..no coffee or tea after 6 pm..brisk walking and exercises in evening..go to bed in same time every day..No television or mobile/ laptop 1 hour before sleep.
