Night shift problem
Recently I have joined a MNC company ..There i have to do night shift also 5 times in a month or so ..My question is if I wok during night with out sleep then is it harmfull for my body and how to keep my body fully fit and refreshing during these night shifts

Sleep deprivation at night is not healthy actually but being 5 times in a month is fine but getting into chronic night shifts is harmful. Compensate your sleep on the next day. And never develop the habit of eating much during the night shifts, especially junk foods. Keep yourself hydrated. Take adequate rest whenever possible
