I am getting phlegmon form last 02 yrs in 6-8 intervals when I take antibiotics for that suggest from doctors it settled down for 6-7 months but after it comes.it particular happen on thigh

I hit my shoulder on Sat and didn't notice anything. On Sunday it was swollen and had limited movement. It felt like a gout flare up but seemed weird in my shoulder. Today is is still swollen but purple, black and blue. Some pain in some polsitions but I have more mobility today. I can live with the pain but was worried about something more maybe.

My 9 months old son got vaccinate this month. Problem is that while handling my son at the time of vaccination he got some dust on his thigh after cleaning the skin ( as there was some dust gathered in clinic's corner) where he got vaccinated, i am worrying that what will happen if dust particles would enter the skin through needle injected.
