Hello doctor, Us cexvix need to be checked after abortion. What are the checkup need to be done after abortion procedure.

I have excessive sleepiness , tiredness for rhe past few days, I am just sleeping and sleeping whole day. Don't know the cause for this. I have no fever or illness as such but why am i feeling sleepy.The sleep is not refreshing and i still feel fatigued and sleepy after good amount of sleep. I have slight back pain in the morning also .

I have bitten by a dog and doctor has given me injection Vaxirab. Is is safe injection or I will be take Ranipur. Please suggest.

I had headache since 3 days back and I discovered fever. Normally my fever is fluctuating between 101-104 but today my fever has been quite normal. My typhidot results show negative but my Widal Test typhi O 1:160 ratio is +ve and 1:320 is -ve. Tests were done today itself in the morning.

I usually sleep on my back.  I get a strange pulsing sensation in back of the neck while using pillow. Pulses are infrequent and always disturb my sleep. When the pulse occurs I feel like I'm falling down even though I am lying still on bed. Due to this, I now sleep using a flat pillow and cover only half of my back side of head on pillow leaving the neck space free and away from pillow contact. I do have some stiffness in neck and I need to keep stretching and lifting my head, shoulders and arms to relieve the tension. I hear a pop sound when I do that. My work requires me to sit in front of computer for 8-9hrs, I also use my smartphone a lot. Need help to understand what is causing this and what should I do next.

I have a typhoid from last 15 days 1/160 .also red blood cells come in urine. In starting I had taken a medicine from clinic but before 5 days back I changed my medicine . medicines which I m having - zifi 200 ,neurobeon, paracetamol. After taken these medicines regularly my fever was not gone . in the morning and evening time fever temperature incredibilly rises (always having above 100 temperature) . Please suggest me what can I do my fever was not gone.

Suffering from upper back pain from last 6 months also recently my leg calf muscle got swollen also noticing numbness on both my arms sometimes legs also.

Hi My wife is suffering from anemia.She is having frequent weakness in her body .When she is having weakness she has headache and also her one of her eye become small .When consulated doctor he prescribed Iron related tablets.But still not cured completely.She is regularly taking food rich in proteins She also have to go 3 to 4 times for motion.And it is not normal.Which type of doctor should I consult.
