Hi,
SeverAl months I have chest pain discomfort o standing walking, relieved by sitting. Resting HR 60 standing 90-100. Also feel breathless. Can this be pots? I feel discomfort as soon as I stand.also left arm pain, jaw pain neck pain. Heart test were fine.
