Unable to chew food properly since my skin (probably gum) on the inner left side of teeth has come over or probably swelling happened. I took azythromycin last night but didn't helped. I m sure this not tonsils. Only problem I m having is I m not able to chew properly. Rest no problem with respect to spicy food.

Confirmation Male, 30 Hi In my last 2 medical checkups (separated by 3 months), my ALP levels have come as 370 and 365 (Feb and May). AST levels are 30 and 25 U/L, ALT levels are 56 and 46 U/L. LDH is 217 and 204 U/L. Gamma-GTP is 30 and 25 U/L. I am 30 yrs old, male, BMI: 41.6 Based on the results, and on what I searched on the net, my ALP results seem higher than normal. What could be the cause of this? Is this something to worry about? Is this an indication of abnormalities? How can I get them to normal?
