Unable to chew food properly since my skin (probably gum) on the inner left side of teeth has come over or probably swelling happened. I took azythromycin last night but didn't helped. I m sure this not tonsils. Only problem I m having is I m not able to chew properly. Rest no problem with respect to spicy food.

Dear madam it seems that it may be some inflammation of the gums due to improper brushing, or injury to the gums by some sharp food particle. You may have soft diet along with plenty of fluids. You may consult with a dentist for evaluation
Thanks
