Previously I was having loose motion. Had medicines.. Now feeling very weak and fainting , not feeling like eating sometime headaches

I had a fever for two days and the highest wich was 102.8. also had full body aches and pains along with chills, shaking, complete lack of appetite but no vomitting. Fever went away and I felt fine again for two days. After two days I woke up with a sharp constant throbbing on the right side of my head. I took Tylenol and Motrin but it didn't help. Depression and Agression problem MoodSwings often,Panic. 4. INDIGESTION (Alternatively once a day I pass stools ) 5. Weakness & Lethargic. 6.HYPOTHYROIDISM (taking Eltroxin 25mcg) 7.Allergy(continous SNEEZING & RUNNING NOSE)24HRS PHLEGM in THROAT and in STOOLS PHLEGM. Blood in throat n nose

My head is been reeling since 3 days just feeling like i may fall down and suffering from nausea and weakness.what could be my problem??

I felt a little dizzy in the morning while i was standing. Then i sat down and laid on the table. After few minutes i fainted. Then in the evening , i checked my BP. It was 90/60. My blood sugar level was normal. HBS was 11.1. What would be the reason i fainted. If it is because of low BP , what should i do? Is there any tests which i need to get?

From yesterday my mother feels cold and than she gets fever . Her body is also paining and she feels tired.

I have done ECG echo all are ok. I am searching in internet find cardiac channelopathy symptom. I am very scared. Please help
