I believe i am having tapeworms (not sure if that's what they are called) but i am having constant itching and irritation in the anus region (especially during nights). The itching sometimes causes minor injuries leading to slight pain during passing of stool. How can i get rid of this?

Recently i got blood test done for Iron, Calcium and Vitamin D. The result showed that i have Iron and Vitamin D deficiency. On consultation the doctor suggested for medications of the same. Along with that he suggested me to get Vitamin B12 injections 1500mg continuously for 5 days so that my body absorption capacity increases. Wanted to check if it is safe.
