Recently i got blood test done for Iron, Calcium and Vitamin D. The result showed that i have Iron and Vitamin D deficiency. On consultation the doctor suggested for medications of the same. Along with that he suggested me to get Vitamin B12 injections 1500mg continuously for 5 days so that my body absorption capacity increases. Wanted to check if it is safe.

My mother has recently got some test done and her SPGT (ALT) (in liver function) has come 56. What does this mean? What should be future course of action?
