My daughter is 11 n has this vessels in back her mouth she didn't have yesterday now today I also notice this little balls in her eyes like dark color

Hi, I’m a female, 19 years old, the problem is I often have this episodes in which I smell something like tobacco or plant burning, they last from 10 mins to even hours. I have had this episodes since I was 12, and probably about 3 to 10 times a month. I never payed full attention to this, but I’ve been wondering if it could be something bad. Do you think is something I should worry about? What could it be?

Left shoulder pain for three years and chest pain. Constant aching when moving arm and under armpit. Don't know what to do. Have tooken medicine and rarely has it helped.

I have slight pain below my left rib cage and it feels like stabbing pain. I can feel something inside there. It sometimes causes pain in my back also (left side).
