11 year old daughter with red vessels in back of mouth n dark spots under her eyes

I work in a clinical laboratory. Sometimes patient blood splashe in my face and even go in my eye. Some patients are on hiv treatment. If their blood goes into my eye can it transmitt hiv like this.

Although I sleep almost 6 hrs night but yet I feel sleepy during day and even my regular 3 baths a day not nullify it much

Nowadays I'm observing my heart rate increases to 95 to 100 after food. My resting is 70. This happens on certain days. And some days my resting heart rate is above 90 through day. Any reason?
