Flu

I had mono 2 years ago and actually had twice within 6 months, and ever since then I’ve had a lot of sore throats. Recently I’ve noticed what looks like large chunks missing from my tonsils, and my throat is sore almost constanlt.

For years I’ve been having heart flutters and the doctor said it was heart palpitations. I would get them once every now and then. Today I got them like back to back all day. I went to ER and the took blood and did x Ray and he said that it’s nothing. He was looking at the screen and said I’m not having palpitations when literally as we were talking my heart was filtering and every time I have a little cough afterwards. Could you help me know what it could be

My knees are swollen and sore constantly and my feet get burning hot mostly at night time it stops me from sleeping what could be causing these problems

I have a red scab on my scalp about the size of a pea. It has been there for about 8 weeks now and feels more raised. It has bled twice but only a little bit.

I tested positive for ANA IgG. My doctor did not explain anything to me, just said that she is sending me to a rheumatologist. I have the butterfly rash and increased fatigue with raynauds. None of the other blood work has been abnormal except for my vitamin D level, that was low. I just want to know does having just the ANA IgG level flagged and nothing else r/o lupus. Redness, skin peeling, growing, irritation. Started with what looked like a pimple and I popped it and thought it grew because of it running on my pants.
