From morning headache started and not stopping, now can't even able to sleep, have a little body temperature also. Please suggest

Front neck skin pain and burning touch to sensitive front neck skin and throat pain outside

I’ve been having a sporadic burning sensation that begins at the base of my tongue and progresses to the lower half of my mouth (usually from one side to the other be it left to right or right to left, never all st once). It used to happen when I was about 13, but since stopped. I also have enlarged, very firm tonsils that chronically produce stones.

I am 14 yrs old and im having an ulser from past 2 months . U also have braces .. im upplying the dental wax . The six is reducing for few days and swelling again ..

3 weeks before I carried heavy load after that I have a severe pain in my hand and upper arm a big hole

I have a lump on the left side of my anus Not inside but on the side. It’s feels like a bruise but it’s oblong lump

I am not sure about what the problem is but i have nausea... loss of apetite and whole body's skin has a stinging sensation which won't go off with me bearly able to sleep.. mild fever every now and then and dryness and stiffness in the skin specially at the joints be it the finger joints mid finger joints or the others parts of body joints...

Im sched for surgery for my lungs operation but my blood sugar is very high 282....what im going to do

Iam currently a student preparing for NEET, iam getting typhoid fever again and again, after a span of 30 or 45 days,6 days before I got my widal test result and it was detected 'O' antigen = 1:160 'H' antigen = 1:160 It's been 6 days I consulted a physician he injected me an I.V injection (ceftrazine) 4 times each day and a paracetamol N-ceta 2 times a day also 20 cefixime tablets. Even now I feel fever at evening and kinda bradycardia also very much Itching redness , iam concerned please help

My back is itching from last 4 days generally when I do any physical work and in sweat it is worse.
