I have stomach cramps, diarrhea and a fever this started after lunch I had fried fish for lunch

Intrusive thoughts, been suffering these for a while, doctor has tried various medicine, most effective has been respiradone and paroxetine together, but this hasn't taken away the thoughts.

Please suggest an adult a De worming medication for me as i think i have stomach worms as it seems i have consumed contaminated water and food.

I had fever and sore throat from 2 weeks now my fever is ok and now I got a swelling under my neck it's called swollen lymph nodes and when I saw in Google all these symptoms are showing hiv should I do any hiv related tests and am feeling weak also feeling like mild fever

For about 4 months I've been having pain in both of my eyes off and on with headaches on the back of my head ...I've been to the doctor and wrote it off as high blood pressure the first time, so I went again a second time told my doctor I was pain around my face and was worried that I'm scared something maybe growing in my brain?? But he ordered a sinus ct scan which came out clear the sinus ct was able to see the top of my brain. Would sinus ct pick up a brain tumor???

I feel like I can't breathe fully in a single go...so I try to yawn n stress my muscles n do it to get a satisfying breath especially when I am studying or going to sleep. Its been 6 months but I couldn't find any cure..m highly disappointed and my efficiency of doing my work has decreased
