My mother is experiencing lack of strength in her legs when she climbs up the stairs. There is no pain or weakness while walking around or climbing down. I want to know which specialist should I consult for the above I am not sure if the issue is in bone or muscles or nerves. Please suggest.

I had several bug bites on the back of my leg which I assumed were mosquito bites, but within a day or two they turned into huge red, bumpy splotches and began releasing some fluid. Since then they have scabbed up but there are now white circles in the center of the bumps. It’s very itchy and seems to only be getting worse with no help from Neosporin and antiseptics.
