The right side of my head is swollen with immense headache throughout my head. The head ache is continuous for almost 2 weeks . For last few days it is accompanied by backpain. Please tell me what's happening and how to get out of it

Breaking out with itching. From the site its numb but extremely itchy around the site. From my ankles to my back. Kind of like a bug bite but I haven't seen any bugs.

I'm diabetic and have among other things, diabetic neuropathy in both hands and feet. Not too bad. I am unable to urinate, Only drops. When I get the urge to urinate it has a somewhat burning sensation. Otherwise I don't have a burning sensation. Should I worry? I have no health insurance. Did not qualify for affordable healthcare!

My diet for the past 6 months has been nothing but local restaurants or fast food, this is my 3rd day eating at home in which I eat things like ground beef, hot dogs, fries, and canned corn. This however has caused me to have nausea; a lot of burping and stomach problems. Why is making food at home causing more stomach problems than eating fast food?

Can it take 7 months for trichomoniasis to show symptoms? If so, how likely would that be?
