How can I clear away bacterial vaginitis at home? I’ve been having it quite some time now.

She is vomiting every alternate days mostly before sleeping. Diagnosed by 3 doctors but no one told anything serious. But I am afraid that why it's happening so frequently. She starts coughing and ends up vomiting.

I have been having pain at my left flank area only upon pressing. it has been for last 4 days

I've been having a left and right waist pains for months now sometimes my back. But most of the time is my right and left waist, sometimes i can tolerate the pain but most of the times it hurts so bad that I can't ease the pain. I also think that it's because of my kidney.

I've been having a sharp pyn behind my lower left rib for 4 Days now(at fisrt i thought it might just be winds). Since this ive also had chills and fever, headaches paining down to my neck,drowsiness when i get up and i cough for no reason that just worsens my head ache. I also feel full and not hungry at all but i have managed to eat a banana, an apple and some ginger biscuits. Ive taken mybulens and panados but they dont help for the pain only for the chills...ive stopped taking the mybulens
