I had taken fever medicine 7 time within 3&1/2days.but still fever comes irregularly

Around 8am this morning my left arm started feeling slightly numb, slightly heavy and I feel like this arm feels weak. It has persisted all day. I have had the Nexplanon implant in this arm for a year and have never experienced this before. I feel fine otherwise. Should I be worried?

For the past week i keep getting fevers and migraines every night from around 11 pm to 5am like clock work. Dont know why this is my days are normal i work and even on my days off.

My period arrived 5 days early, and is unusually light; however it shows no signs of stopping after 7 days, even though my normal cycle is about 5 days. I haven't experienced any other unusual symptoms. I had cramps and breast tenderness the first two days, which is normal for me; those have now stopped.
