HI, I am diagnosed with typhoid last week. But by god grace my fever is control and appetite is also good, but my issue is that my urine color.is dark and eye is also yellowish in color, i might think i also have jaundice , earlier i have itching in my bodybut now thats fixed , but my concern is urine color and yellowish eyes...kindly let me know from which phase.i am going through, and what prescription i have to follow... I have a circular cut on the back of ancle, 90% of the skin was cut of but it's still attached. I have swelling and pain is continuing. The attached skin is blackened apart from a small part which still bleeds. I'm wondering if I should go to a doctor/hospital to get it cut off or leave it to die and drop off. I'm mainly worried it may cause infection if left as it happened Monday

Hello sir/madams It’s 4 th time in a month. Just a one months ago ,, usallly i have been taking my meal at 12 after that i started my work after having a meal about 30 minuets , it started to paining like my stomach is burning. And i went back to home immediately, at the middle nights paing is increased and i went to hospital. Because of first time pain doctor gave me normal medicine. But it’s 4 th time today again paining like burning my stomach... ii need a help .

Hi.. I am 37 yrs and do have uric acid around 6.5-7-8 range (ups and downs) . generally I take zylotic of 100x2 gm a day. Test report as follows- On 12th July - 7 On 23rd July - 6.01 (was taking zylotic 100x2) And same does continuing... On 18th Aug - 9.5 Creatinine - 1.01 Recently I have lost 12 kgs in last 50 days for diet and exercise . But during last and second last report I am in keto diet and 90% + vegetarian food . I am clueless why it may happened. I took spinach , mushrooms, paneer, cauliflower etc thrice a week among other vegetables and flax, chia, water melon seeds. Some places I see spinach/mushrooms can raise uric acid , some other says no. I am confused what could be the reason ? Because if I can't identify the reason I feel it's difficult to control . Pls guide to control and remedy. Thanx

4 or 5 years ago I broke my big toe for the second time sliding down the stairs at night. The original break damaged my nail bed to a degree, but it healed enough that I never noticed it again. The second break was worse and was cracked from side to side. The bone was not displaced. I think that I may have had a loose bone fragment. While the toe is not in constant pain, occasionally i have an uncomfortable clicking feeling. Is this something that could be corrected with little risk?

Hi. I have never had a good relationship with food. In the past few years, however, food makes me genuinely sick to my stomach and everything seems to give me diarrhea. I’ve cut out gluten and lactose for extended periods of time and nothing helps. In the past about 5 months I’ve lost 11 pounds without trying. I am 5’2, 17 years old, and 97.1 lbs. At this point, even chewing and swallowing food makes me feel sick. I plan on meeting with a GI, but I am hopeless at this point. Any suggestions?

Constant dizziness since last 45 days n also had spells or headache n also had pain in tendons in the back of ankel n left shoulder joint with headache which i used to think as brain tumor but the GP told me it's anxiety without any tests. Since last 3-4 days i have backpain n pain in legs (burning kind of pain) with dizziness n constipation which i searched on internet, it shows it as a symptom of blood cancer. I've found any swollen lymph node in head n chin area n also i never had fever or vomitng. Also I've 3-4 white painful small pimples in neck near my beard n eyebrow. My parents aren't worried about it n asking me to divert my mind to my studies rather than worrying. I visited another hospital whr neurosurgeon suggested me to visit the neuropsychiatrist for one session without any tests. Can it be something serious or just anxiety? Kindly help me out i m vry mch worried n stressed n unable to focus on my mains preparation.
