Dear Sir/Ma'am, Can you please interpret this for me WHOLE ABDOMEN ULTRASOUND -Urinary bladder is physiologically distended. -The prostate gland is enlarge in size with approximate volume 86 grams.It protrudes along the interior bladder lumen -No intraluminal echo or focal mass seen IMPRESSION -Mild Fatty Liver -Normal Ultrasound of the Gallbaldder, Pancreas, Spleen, Both Kidneys and Urinary Bladder -Non Dilated Biliary tree -Grade 4 Prostattic Enlargment with intravesical Extension

Sir probably you are having an entity known as Benign enlargement of prostate (BPH) ..one thing missing in the usg report is the post void residue..the intravesical extension of prostate often leads to bladder outlet obstruction manifesting as difficulty in urination / incomplete urination As regards the mild fatty liver ,vitamin E supplementation , weight loss and regular exercise  can help reverse the changes
Next Steps
Measure Serum PSA level Consultation with an urologist for probable need of surgery ( removal of prostate /TURP)
