Fever and migraines like clock work
For the past week i keep getting fevers and migraines every night from around 11 pm to 5am like clock work. Dont know why this is my days are normal i work and even on my days off.

If you are certain that is migraine, you can take pain killers and an antacid (if you’re not already on them). Consult a GP for prescription.
