I took chest x Ray result came as " increased broncho vascular markings at para cardiac and para hilar areas . Is it related to TB. Markings means scar in the lungs or something else

Before 15 days i had done report of blood sugar and creatinin. The blood sugar level random was 94... And creatine level was 1.0...now i was facing some problem..so again i done full body report... surprisingly blood sugar fasting is 189...and creatinin level is 2.0. ...its ok that i have blood sugar some how i will manage it...but there us kidney problem...i m gone...
