My friend has been suffering from typhoid for past 2 days and is not able to attend the school which is worrying him as the exams are approaching and he hasn't got through the syllabus yet..I wanna ask that is their any implications of coming to school these days

I was swinging a baseball bat and my left shoulder popped 2 times, i swung 2 more times and the pain got so bad that i could barley lift my arm. Now 4 days later the pain still exists and i feel its getting worse, what should i do to heal the most effectively. Thanks

4 weeks ago i spotted. then it stopped about the next day. 4 days ago, i spitted again then it went away. 2 days ago i came home with blood in my under and slept with a liner on and woke up with blood. then today i barely have any blood but after school i came home went to pee and i wiped and there was blood. this is only the second time i got my period is this normal???
