Every time I enter a body of water like a swimming pool or the ocean I get sick... my chest tightens and I feel very nauseous. I hiccup and my saliva is very liquidy.

I was swinging a baseball bat and my left shoulder popped 2 times, i swung 2 more times and the pain got so bad that i could barley lift my arm. Now 4 days later the pain still exists and i feel its getting worse, what should i do to heal the most effectively. Thanks

4 weeks ago i spotted. then it stopped about the next day. 4 days ago, i spitted again then it went away. 2 days ago i came home with blood in my under and slept with a liner on and woke up with blood. then today i barely have any blood but after school i came home went to pee and i wiped and there was blood. this is only the second time i got my period is this normal???
