Am facing so much neck pain and please give some tips to get off this pain.while I was going and coming from office severe pain

I am suffering from fever and severe body pain that travels along my whole body. I am having heavy headache at times which limits my movement of head. Back neck pain is much severe now.

My mother, 56yrs, homemaker, is suffering from bp, thyroid, cholestrol and has ocd. She is under respective medications. My mom had fever for last 12-13 days and she had too head pain also.I consulted with a medicine doctor.. he gave my mom some antibiotics and painkiller. yeah I had done all type of test report like- blood ;urine; etc.but no negative things are found..after getting the medicine the fever scale of the thermometer become higher.. doctor would not able to recognitions my mom's reason for fever..what is the reason for it..?
