Fever with severe back neck pain

I am suffering from fever and severe body pain that travels along my whole body. I am having heavy headache at times which limits my movement of head. Back neck pain is much severe now.

Take paracetamol for fever and headache. Get some routine investigation like CBC , Dengue serology.

sounds like a viral infection. you'll need dolo650 thrice daily, rest, 5 litres of water intake, easily digestabe food intake. if fever doesnt reduce you'll need to visit a physician and ger your blood tested.
