Hello Dr. I've got lumps in my veins on my right knee. Do you know what this could be? Is it blood clots?

I'm 47 year female, who has had health problems since I was 23. I was diagnosed several years ago (10 to 12) with Mild Aortic Insufficieny and Mitral Valve Regurgatation and my Cadiologist did check ups every year. Can't see him anymore. My doctor's office did echo & advanced me to Moderate a few months ago and sent me to another Cardio. he said not to worry, but he hadn't even looked at my films, 3 days later I get email and my Tricuspid Vlve is also leaking. I have no answers to why?

Swelling in the neck and tongue after stung on the arm by a wasp in the past. I work outdoors now and think I should have an epipen.

I had penicillin injection for syphilis in lower hip, 5 days ago n the pain was severe for 2 days n subsided. I still find a hard lump in injection site. There is no redness or irritation. Its not visible also. But when I touch, it is hard and mildly painful. I gave hot compress, but the hard lump not going. Will this be a problem?

I have had a headache for about the last week with levels varying from virtually non existent to nearly crippling. Tylenol provides momentarily relief. Sometimes the is behind my eyes, other times all across the left or right sides at the top or my head.

Hi, im having some problem with my period date. As far as I can remember its been a month and about half that I havent had period. It has never happened before. I do feel very slight pain sometimes rarely in my abdomen that feels like cramps from period. But theres no period. I was thinking of taking vitex before i go ti see a doctor. Please advise. Thanks
