Flu

Whenever my wife take head bath, most of the time on that day she report head ache on one side of the head. Slowly the headache is getting more. Only if she can take a paracetamol tablet the headache is getting reduced. Is it a migraine headache? Can some one please suggest what kind of treatment to be taken? Is there any preventive medicine available ? Except head bath day on all other days very rarely she report headache symptoms.

I have been having a severe headache for about 5-6 days now that comes in waves (I have chronic migraines but even my Rizatriptan wont help these), as well as ear pain and sinus pain with congestion. I have had an on and off low grade fever, and have been extremely tired, fatigued and dizzy. I have also been extremely sore in all of my body, but mostly my neck, back and shoulders. I have been having some nausea (not vomiting though) and poor appetite since this has started as well.
