My age is 65 and I am a retired male. I keep getting severe pain on and off in my right side of abdomen near my hip bone. I am not sure whether it is bone, muscle or organ pain. But is there anything that I can do to get relief other than warm fomentation?

On 4th september i was diagosed Chicken Pox and start medicines from that day. I took Acivir-800 DT  5 times in day in an interval of 4 hours for 7 days. Today (17/9/2018) it is the 14th day and I am completely cured. All the blisters healed and just marks stay there in the body. My question is . 1. Can I  take all sort of foods from now? 2. Can I resume my tennis play in full mode from now?
