I have been having a splitting headache for the last three days. I feel weak at the joints especially the waist and the knees. I have also started vomiting with pain in the chest cavity. I have no appetite at all.

I am a 35 year old lady. Since the last 3 weeks, I have been noticing myself with swollen face everyday when I wake up in the morning. It reduces slightly as the day progresses but is back next morning. What could be the reason for the swollen face in the morning? I have no other symptoms notice except this.

I’ve had back pain and tenderness for a couple of years and a shortness of breath when I lie flat on my back I also find it hard to sit back on soft surfaces. I also have one rib that sticks out significantly further than the other one which can sometimes be painful. My back sometimes hurts when I breath also.

I have too much redness and swelling at my uvula, recently I noticed a small ulcer on it. There is too much of burning sensation there. At times swallowing also is difficult. I am 45 years old male do not have any kind of addiction. My wife had blood cancer.
