Having pain in my left forearm feels like a Charlie horse. It comes and goes but doesnt staying away very long.

My cousin brother has come to stay with us in Mumbai. He is 13 years old and and has come from Nainital. He has this problem g6pd deficiency. What care should we take? Are there any foods that should be avoided for him or he can take a normal, regular diet?

Fell on a tree stump at the age of 11, landed directly on my tailbone. Could not walk right for almost two months. Was not sent to the doctors for treatment (Fathers decision). I'm 38 now, and had to give up hockey a few years ago because I could not walk for three days after one competitive work hockey game. Just recently, it has been a constant pain and seems to be getting worse. Just started daily walks with the wife a month ago for exercise, pain started shortly after.
