My mother has chronic coughing for last 10 years, which started after her bypass surgery. Now its getting worse day by day.she coughs for 20-30 mins in a stretch.what can be the major cause?? Is it an ENT issue??

I took the first dose (mifepristone) and inserted the second dose (4 tablets of mifepristol) 18 hours later. There was no bleeding or cramping with the first dose. The second dose took about 5-6 hours before the bleeding started. I passed one large clot and two smaller ones and now the bleeding has reduced to light spotting with clear discharge. Is this a good sign or has the mtp kit failed? (Its only been a day since this happened.) What should I expect?

Severe neck pain restricting movement sharp shooting pains and throbbing. Nausea due to pain. Pain in neck whilst trying to eat. Tried gentle exercise but now I am holding my dressing gown collar tight to support neck.
