Severe neck pain restricting movement
Severe neck pain restricting movement sharp shooting pains and throbbing. Nausea due to pain. Pain in neck whilst trying to eat. Tried gentle exercise but now I am holding my dressing gown collar tight to support neck.

Hello mam. If this is sudden in onset, it could be severe gastritis. If similar symptoms have been experienced in the past, with varying intensity of pain, please get an x-ray cervical spine. If you have fever along with these symptoms,  please consult a physician in person at the earliest.
