Is triglyceride variance possible ?
Just wanted to know is it possible to have a highly varying triglyceride value for a person with a stable vegetarian food habit for years. The blood sample were taken in the morning after 12 hours of fasting.
The reason for asking this is that the triglyceride value is showing double within a week between 1st and 2nd sample test. It is 325 & 154 for the 1st and 2nd test respectively.

Anxiety Or Something else.
I've been having episodes of heart palpitations and shortness of breath. It usually comes on either when I'm nervous , afraid , or when I have low blood sugar. ( I have reactive hypoglycemia) . Anyway, I had an episode last night that showed up at random. It consisted of fast rapid heart rate, body chills, shortness of breath, and intense fear. could this be anxiety? Or perhaps another explanation. Maybe supraventricular tachardyia? symptoms last usually 10 to 30 minutes. sometimes bit longer
