Hi I have a skin rash that recently was discovered it’s very itchy and kinda painful it’s in my belly area

Can Dynapar qp be given on hand or buttock only? Can’t it be given on hands instead of buttocks?

I'm suffering from fever, dry cough, throat infection and feeling weakness. I've started medicine Sinarest with Amoxicilin antibiotics from yesterday after consulting a doctor. 3 dosage already taken but fever is not coming down. Temperature is always between 102 to 104. Feeling chest congestion while coughing. Should I continue the antibiotics or go for some blood tests.
