I am 24yrs having temp variations 98-99.8 from 5 months before April it normal in April got thypoid widal o&h is 1:160,during thypoid max temp is 100.4,taken antiboitics for 14 days then also low fever in between 98-99.8 ,tests such as smear for mp,us abd ,chest x-ray us abdomen,thyroid normal,blood culture in June negative,urine analysis normal,vit b12 232,vit d 30.2 ,morning after wakeup up it is between 97.8-98.2,if went out and in 99after rest 98.6,afternoon sometimes 99.2-99.6 night after 9pm it is 98.6 if taken rest 10 days back blood test done ,esr 7,hb 12.9,rbc 4.9millons ,wbc 7900,mcv 96fl,mch 26 pg ,mchc 27gms℅,diff count also normal ,lft normal,crp 4.1,mch and mchc is less will this show iron deficiency ,doctors are saying fever is above 100 is it correct pls tell doctors

From recent past six months my wbc reduced from 8.3*10/9 to 5.8*10/9 And iam also feeling sick and my weight is also not gaining
