  4. Cold Sores. As 400mg twice a day?

I've been taking acyclovir 400mg twice a day for my cold sores for a year now. I am thinking of taking 800mg once a day to make life easier. Will 800mg once a day be as effective as 400mg twice a day?

You can take but It's make gastritis or other gastric problem.. So it's advisable to take in devided doses...
