I have recently (8 months lost nearly 50 lbs 240 s to 190s .... I haven't been able to maintain or surpass the wait loss no matter how much I exercise or fast .... I push 25,000 - 45,000 steps a day and work out 5 days a week for 2 hours a day weights and cardio.... my calorie intake is 1200 - 2000 a day .... I'm continuing to lose fat I'm toning my waist size is going down and I've lost the love handles but my weight loss has stalled .... at 5'7" I want my weight to be in the 180s
