Menstrual cramps a month after abortion
I've had an abortion twice but the second time was more painful than the first time. I'm seeing my period a month after the abortion and I'm having menstrual cramps when I don't normally have cramps when I'm seeing my period does this mean my womb is damaged or is it something else because I'm so scared now.
