I've been using donut cushion for more than a year now due to hemorroide, (my hemorroide is ok now and my doctor asked me to meet him in a year) I wanna know is it healthy to keep using it? soe places they write its better to use it regardless, as it creates balance and therefore less pressure on spine, or should I stop using it since it could create a problem ( I don not know that!) Please advise!

Hi ive had numerous test endoscopy colonoscopy seen a neurologist. The colonoscopy shown Ibs,chronic gastritis,helicabacter pylori. Seen a neurologist spoke to me for five mins. Now ive been told my albumin is low and my b12 is the lowest theyve seen. What illness can cause these range of problems. As the doctors have still not give me a daignosis. The b12 def as been reaccuring for many years. Please can you help me as tge doctors haven't noticed about the low albumin or b12 for months of blood

Hey,i’ll be thankful if you can reply my message Whats happening is that i tore my patellar tendon.And i had surgery like a 10 days ago.And just 6 days after surgery i had an accident. My knee fell from the bed and bent like 50 degrees,it was unpainful .Actually i’ll say that i feel less pain since then. But i tried to bend it again softly to see if i tore it again and i feel the same tightnen as usual,what you recommend me to do,do you think it tore again? Thanks
