Hi a friend suggested I buy this milk thistle (attached). supposed to be good for the liver and anti oxydent helps in weight reduction etc. is it helpful? also what is dosage of I should have in a day. one or 2 tabs.

I often keep burping after a meal for quite sometime, even after drinking enough water. Occasionally it's accompanied by gas and stomach ache followed by a semi loose motion of stool, the kind which happens when one has a stomach upset. This goes away after the stool is passed. This happens mostly when I eat outside food and very rarely when I eat home cooked meal as well. I have noticed this for past few months. Burping has become frequent after meals. Could you suggest a possible remedy or a diagnosis I should go for.

My had severe headache from last 3 days. ache is not in the whole head but its only above the eye area. it's like 1 cm of tripe above the eye and till the end of head is paining.
