(ingredients are: barley rava, sugar, dry grapes, dry dates) And also daily morning iam doing yoga for weight gain. _____is it ok to do both...? _____it will work on me to gain weight...? One side eating barley kheer____ and another side doing yoga. (Both for weight gain) iam following both:- Weight gain food_ and _weight gain yoga____ so will i gain weight with them...? Tell me... if you tell, i will do that.
