My serum ige level is 4653 iu/ml. I have itchy red rashes, hives and scaly lesions through my body. My esr is 33, platelet count 448 thousand cells/cumm, total leukocyte count increased within 3days from 10600cells/cumm to 12300cells/cumm.  What can be my disease condition? What further test should i do?

I don't get proper sleep looking for medication that can help me sleep. It's been almost a year that I haven't had a decent sleep.

Sir I am Suffering from T.B. since last 45 days my sputum test was positive for AFB when treatment starts . But after taking 1 month medicine still my sputum test is positive doctor suggest for AFB Culture test which take 42 days and told me to take same medicine for the next 42 days. My doubt is if the bacteria are resistant to the medicine I am taking then in 42 days it may increase or their is no harm AKURIT medicine I am taking now. And from last 10 days pain in chest starts in left part does this is a part of T.B. Whether my treatment is going in a right direction or I need to change the doctor.

When ever i cough, i feel muscle getting stretched in my left fore-leg only . I had stones in my left kidney last year which got flushed in couple of months by medicine. Kindly let me know what could be the reason of muscle stretching in my leg due to coughing.

Can i eat directly without soaking and without frying   "dry dates"   with payasam ? Can i eat directly without soaking and without frying   "raisins(dry grapes)"   with payasam ? What will happen? is there any digestive problems ?

Today morning one dog bites my finger by jumping to catch the food. There was no wound and no bleeding. But my finger little pain for half an hour. I was also bitten by a dog in may 2018.then I have taken rabishield on my wound and also vaccine 4 times for a month in govt hospital and also taken tetanus that time. Now what I will do will it necessary to take vaccine again or not

Inside brain like hammering pain happen 2 days back (18th Nov 2018) resultant in continuous  headache, specially inside mid brain, back side head neck above, i understand due to gas formation. I controlled my food habit, stop night milk etc taking black salt+Ajwain,  Sod bi carbonate (cooking soda), got check up pressure normal 84/120 (i am taking daily one tablet Aten 50).
