Suffering from T.B. from last 45 days
Sir I am Suffering from T.B. since last 45 days my sputum test was positive for AFB when treatment starts . But after taking 1 month medicine still my sputum test is positive doctor suggest for AFB Culture test which take 42 days and told me to take same medicine for the next 42 days. My doubt is if the bacteria are resistant to the medicine I am taking then in 42 days it may increase or their is no harm AKURIT medicine I am taking now. And from last 10 days pain in chest starts in left part does this is a part of T.B. Whether my treatment is going in a right direction or I need to change the doctor.

Please do a sputum CBNAAT TEST It will show resistance if present faster... Only a day or two required Please do it fast Modify treatment accordingly
