I wash clothes with warm water. I apply tenovate M ointment. But, it gives only temporary relief from itching. Thanks in advance.

Hi, My Vitamin D is 10 and advised tab for that by doc. Taking weekly one for 8 weeks. My Vitamin B12 is 300 but no medicine was recommended for that. Can I take any additional B12 supplement which is safe ?? Note :- Recently I have also been diagnosed with Gilbert syndrome. Got Coombs test done to confirm that.

I am 35.5 years old, my height is 5 feet 3 inch and my weight is 83.7kg. Hence my BMI is 32.7. I feel lazy, tired, get irritated often. I do not do any physical exercise as I have gone under a hernia operation on my right side below stomach and a mesh has been put inside my body. My job profile is desk work being an engineer 8 to 10 hours I am just sitting with almost 2 hours of travelling from home to office by office bus. My father n uncle had diabetes n both died due to heart failure. Kindly suggest what shall I do to get fit n lower all risk. If any one can suggest a doctor at Dadar west or Worli it will be help full.

Hi My mother hand swelling right from fingers to near elbow and also have circle bubbles . Hand full of reddish and also fever and sickness. Please advice which doctor need to be consult. We consult general physician, he said it is infection and gave some medicines but no use since 10 days.She has the same problem from year till fingers, but last 10 days it was spread till elbow.

I m feeling back pain from last 4-5 days, taken Etoshine MR for 3 days and now using volin and hot water, from last 2 days feeling mild pain in stomach, today I took 1 O2 in morning, Before 1 week I felt pain in stomach and used some ayurvedic remedies "Pet Safa", till yesterday I was feel good in stomach bt now feeling mild pain.. I am having late period this month also almost two months not having period ,done upt but negative .

I used to sit in same posture due to sitting work and reading work ,now my lower  back is stiff and paining and i feel pain even in normal sitting position. I don't want to take painkillers , what should I do to manage this stiffness.

My 16 month old baby takes 250 ml milk in the morning, quarter cup rice with one or two vegetables in the afternoon, 4 biscuits in evening, small portion of cerelac or half idli in the night. In midnight, she gets up twice have one small cups of milk each time. She is a fussy eater and we find it very difficult to make her eat. Is her diet sufficient? . She is under weight. Suggest new diet plan and health supplements for her.
