Liver health and anti oxidant
Hi a friend suggested I buy this milk thistle (attached). supposed to be good for the liver and anti oxydent helps in weight reduction etc. is it helpful? also what is dosage of I should have in a day. one or 2 tabs.

Usually supplements are not needed for healthy individual. Only if you have any symptoms you should think of the substitute otherwise your diet should be enough. Lime juice, gooseberries and fruits have enough antioxidants. Try including the same in your diet.

It's marketing gimmick. Normal Indian diet has enough calories, Vitamins & antioxidants Eat green vegetables fruits,dry fruits regularly.
