Whether we want to sunny on our body every day? (And) Should you go out indefinitely without having to stay at home every day? Should this must follow? If that does not happen then what happens? Does our skin and body become ill? Are there any health problems? (That means indigestion, insomnia, lack of appetite, heat and so on...?) .....And why do our elders say that our body should be sunny? And Without having to stay at home often have to go into the weather outside?

Lump under the arm for last 3-4 years , since 10 days it started paining also while touching . size of lump is around 2 inch diameter

He was bitten by dog on 21st march and he had taken two shots on time but delayed the 3rd dose by 4 days and then continued the vaccination and he just completed his vaccination.
